Shambhala Sadhana Community Practice (Eagle Rock)
with Dr. Gail Whitacre
This practice for members of the International Shambhala community deepens our personal and social connection with Basic Goodness. Composed in Nepal by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche near the conclusion of a year-long retreat, the Shambhala Sadhana is a profound and simple chanting and visualization practice. On or near the full moon, we gather as a community throughout Shambhala to engage in this profound practice so we can connect more fully with our hearts, each other and the world.
In the past, this sadhana has been restricted to those who have received the practice at Enlightened Society Assembly, but now the monthly full moon Shambhala Sadhana practice is open to all Shambhala members and their families.
The sadhana practice will begin promptly at 7:30 pm.
Suggested donation: $10.
