Shambhala Westside Center is located in Mar Vista and is the second meditation center in Los Angeles. Our address i 3877A Grand View Blvd., Mar Vista, CA 90066. View directions here. If new to meditation and Shambhala, we offer two introductory programs; Weekly Dharma Gathering  on Wednesdays (see below on the Dharma Talk topic) and Open Meditation Sitting on Sunday mornings (free meditation instruction available).
