Shambhala Meditation Center of Los Angeles offers a rich array of ongoing meditation programs. No prior meditation experience required to attend. All are welcome.
Free meditation instruction offered at the Open Meditation Sitting hours. $10 – $15 suggested donation for all other Meditation Groups.

Open Meditation Sitting: 7:30 – 9 pm, Chapman University, OC (during school-year only.)
Yoga: 7 – 8:30 pm, Eagle Rock Center

Young Meditators Group*: 7:45 – 9 pm, Eagle Rock (1st and 3rd Fridays only)
SATURDAYS
The Healing Circle: first Saturday of the month in Eagle Rock (10:30 am – 1:30 pm), and third Saturday of each month in Orange County (12:30 to 3pm)
Creativity Lab *: 11 am – 1 pm, Westside Center in Mar Vista (* second Saturday of the month and alternates between our three Centers, check monthly calendar)
Queer Dharma Meditation Group*: 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm, Eagle Rock Center (* third Saturday of the month)
