A Buddhist Approach For Our Turbulent Times
with Jonathan Barbieri
The presidential campaign, election and aftermath has led many of us wondering how do we go forward.
Life is not always comfortable and easy. There are often sharp points and unpleasant outcomes. In a world that is filled with upheaval and uncertainty, how do we work with our feelings of hope versus hopeless-ness, courage versus fear, our opinions of right versus wrong, and us versus them?
