This evening will explore adapting our minds and hearts to the chaos of present times, and how using contemplative writing and other practices can help us continue to grow and open in the midst of an uncertain future.  Join guest teacher Miriam Hall for an experiential evening of contemplative writing.  The event is hosted by the Young Meditators' Group, but all are welcome. 

Suggested Donation: $10.

About the teacher:

Miriam Hall is a contemplative arts teacher in the Shambhala tradition. She teaches/focuses on practices and topics like Shambhala Art, Contemplative Writing, Miksang Contemplative Photography, and Racial Equity. She resides in Madison, WI.

If you cancel more than 7 days prior to your class (and have already paid), you will receive a full refund less a processing fee of $15. If you cancel between 1 to 7 days prior to arrival, we will credit your payment towards another program at Shambhala Los Angeles to be used within 1 year. No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations received fewer than 24 hours prior to arrival.
