Kitchen Sink Dharma: Is Happiness Allowed? (Westside)
with Cynthia MacKay
Open to All, $10 dollar suggested donation.
Our spiritual path can be so mired in the discovery of our "habitual tendencies" and our "ego fixations" and the ways we "harm ourselves and others" that we lose sight of our original motivation for entering the path; we wanted to be happy. We learn that there's a lot more to the story of becoming happy but we don't have to set this idea aside. Happiness can be as rich a part of the path as suffering. Join us as we discover how we can ride both rails at the same time.
