“Never, Never trust”

Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche described poetry like this, “it’s not so much, from a Buddhist point of view, that you write good poetry, particularly; but how your thought patterns become elegant.” This piece is from the fall of 1969, shortly before he came to North America.
I have always loved this poem, it is inscrutable and profound. Thanks!
