Watch a a brief introduction by meditation master Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche.

Meditation in Everyday Life is the first class in the Shambhala Training curriculum. It offers a glimpse of the Shambhala vision of an enlightened society created through mindfulness-awareness meditation. And how the stability and wisdom cultivated through this practice can expand to benefit the world around us.

This meditation course is offered several times per year at our three meditation centers in Los Angeles – Sign up to our newsletter here. View also our Monthly Calendar here.
