introductory dharma talk: Steady wins the race - maintaining a daily practice in the new year (Eagle Rock)
with Cynthia MacKay
We’ve got our meditation instruction, we've made the aspiration to have a daily practice but how do we actually pull that off? Just 10 minutes a day... sounds easy but it's harder than we think. We can have the greatest aspiration in the world but without having a clear ground of motivation our aspiration stays in the heavens unrealized. Join us as we talk about how to establish and maintain a daily sitting practice by starting with the ground of motivation.
