Room: WESTSIDE SHAMBHALA @ 3877 Grand View Blvd, Mar Vista, 90066

    Everyone welcome!

Experience a day of Meditation, Practice and Community Connection.

The point of meditation is to feel alive. - Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to sit in meditation for a full day? Or even for just an afternoon? Meditators at all levels are encouraged to attend, even if this is your first or second time.

An all-day retreat is best experienced in its entirety, but people are free to arrive and leave at any time. Taking the time to sit in meditation for a full day is a powerful gift—to yourself, to your family, and to your community. Come rest in peaceful abiding.

Meditation Instructors will be available throughout the day to give instruction and answer questions about meditation practice.

Program is free. Donations Gratefully Accepted---As a volunteer-based non-profit organization, we rely completely on the engagement and generosity of our supporters and members.

Parents are invited to bring their children anytime between 10am to 12pm for free child care so that parents can join other meditators in the adjoining shrine room.
