Cheerful in the Morning
with Shastri Pamela Bothwell
Daily life greets us every morning with the prospect of what we have to do, where we are expected to go, what tasks we have yet to complete, and a plethora of other challenges and opportunities. Do we wake up anxious about what awaits us? Or do we joyfully arise to meet the day with inquisitiveness and confidence?
Meditation provides a way to relax and open to the demands and possibilities of our lives. Through the practice of meditation we can discover our cheerfulness and overcome hesitation.
