Contemplative Writing Practice

This ongoing drop-in writing group will explore the connection between meditation practice and writing. Each meeting will intersperse meditation or contemplation with playful and exploratory writing exercises. Time will be allotted to share writing in a supportive environment. No previous creative writing or meditation experience is necessary.

Meditation instruction will be given.
