On Sunday, May 18th the Shambhala Dragons, ages 9 – 13, had a feast with delicious food prepared by them and their parents. The Dragons want to compile a Shambhala Cookbook to sell on Shambhala Day next year to raise funds for Families and Children and WE WANT YOUR RECIPES TOO!
